Jesus said the world will know we are His disciples by our love for one another.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; (1 Corinthians 12 and Romans 12:6).

The church is God’s hands, mouth, and feet in this world—the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). We are to be doing the things that Jesus Christ would do if He were here physically on the earth. The church is to be “Christian,” “Christ-like,” and Christ-following.
Peter addresses the importance of serving God in 1 Peter 4:10-11: “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.”

ADONAI [ˌædɒˈnaɪ; ah-daw-nahy]: “Lord” (Genesis 15:2; Judges 6:15) – used in place of YHWH, which was thought by the Jews to be too sacred to be uttered by sinful men. In the Old Testament, YHWH is more often used in God’s dealings with His people, while Adonai is used more when He deals with the Gentiles.

EL-GIBHOR [el-ghee-bohr]: “Mighty God” (Isaiah 9:6) – the name describing the Messiah, Christ Jesus, in this prophetic portion of Isaiah. As a powerful and mighty warrior, the Messiah, the Mighty God, will accomplish the destruction of God’s enemies and rule with a rod of iron (Revelation 19:15).

ELOHIM [el-oh-heem]: God “Creator, Mighty and Strong” (Genesis 17:7; Jeremiah 31:33) – the plural form of Eloah. Being plural, Elohim which accommodates the doctrine of the Trinity. From the Bible’s first sentence, the superlative nature of God’s power is evident as God (Elohim) speaks the world into existence (Genesis 1:1).

Praise is a vital part of a life surrendered to God, and it gives credit where credit is due. “O that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!” (Psalm 107:8 KJV).

In our brokenness and sin, God knew we needed rescuing from ourselves; we needed a Saviour. In his love and grace our Creator God allowed his own Son, Jesus Christ to die for us, once and for all dealing with our sin and rebellion. Three days later Jesus rose from the grave and the world would never be the same again! Jesus said: “I have come that you may have life; life better than you could ever imagine it to be.” (John 10:10)
The church, by nature, is a community of believers. It is a place where people are at various stages of spiritual maturity and as such, misunderstanding and sin can occur. The book of Luke tells us a story of a man named Zacchaeus who was desperate to see Jesus but couldn't because of the crowd (Luke 19:3). Those closest to Jesus didn’t help him. And often, those closest to the church can be unhelpful to those who are far from Jesus
